- There are two ways to apply online for UPSSSC Health Worker Recruitment 2021.
- 1st way: In this, the candidate can login with his personal information e.g. PET Registration Number, D.O.B , Gender, Category and Domicile.
- 2nd way : In this, the candidate will have to login through OTP, the information that will be required: PET Registration Number and OTP Password.
- Once logged in, fill the complete application with the proper full details of the candidate with the application fee i.e. Rs.25/-
