  1. There are two ways to apply online for UPSSSC Health Worker Recruitment 2021.
  2. 1st way: In this, the candidate can login with his personal information e.g.  PET Registration Number, D.O.B , Gender,  Category and Domicile. 
  3. 2nd way : In this, the candidate will have to login through OTP, the information that will be required: PET Registration Number and OTP Password.
  4. Once logged in, fill the complete application with the proper full details of the candidate with the application fee i.e. Rs.25/- 
  5. Kindly Check and Collect All the Documents.
  6. Do ready scan the Documents related to Recruitment Form – Photo, Sign, ID, Thumb impression etc.
  7. Before Submit the Application Form Must Check the Preview and All Column Carefully.
  8. Pay the Application Fee.
